The coexistence of people both with and without disabilities should come to be expected - a vision which the Züriwerk foundation has been engaged in for over 50 years. 

The fact that this vision should have long since been a reality is something we demonstrated in the very heart of Zurich: 30 employees with cognitive impairment took over businesses around Paradeplatz. How were the experiences of both workers and customers?  Heartfelt, friendly, sincere, motivated - in other words: Well, just the usual.
